- Roof and gutter repairs & cleaning
- Roof inspections
- Work safely at height (ladders)
- Complete basic job reports
- Communicate professionally with customers
You will need:
- 2+ years roofing experience
- ull UK driving licence (1+ year, under 6 points, no previous driving bans)
- Confident working at height
- Reliable, self-motivated and professional
Junior Sales Representative
Salary: Competitive + uncapped OTE
Type: Full-time
Location: East Grinstead (Office)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a year’s sales experience who wants to develop their career.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping us deliver excellent service.
- First point of contact for answering incoming customer calls.
- Contacting recent customers to discuss further services they may benefit from.
- Proactively contact previous customers to promote relevant services and secure repeat bookings.
- Logging new customer enquiries accurately into our CRM system.
- Reviewing photographs from completed jobs to identify any visible maintenance issues that may require a quotation
- Updating spreadsheets and our CRM.
- Helping ensure every customer receives a professional and friendly experience.
You will need:
- At least 1 year's experience in a customer service or sales role (retail/shop floor experience is absolutely welcomed).
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, writing emails, Microsoft Office and learning new software.
- Organised and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- To be able to spot opportunities and not be afraid to make recommendations.
