- 2+ years roofing experience
- ull UK driving licence (1+ year, under 6 points, no previous driving bans)
- Confident working at height
- Reliable, self-motivated and professional
Sales Manager
Salary: Competitive + uncapped OTE
Type: Full-time

You’ll handle high-quality inbound leads, helping homeowners choose the right solutions while hitting targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Manage inbound calls and enquiries
- Qualify leads and create tailored quotes
- Handle objections and close sales
- Follow up leads and maintain CRM accuracy
- Deliver great customer service
- Own your pipeline, conversion and revenue
- Progression: Move into Sales Manager within 6 months (team leadership, KPIs, coaching, revenue ownership).
You will need:
- 2+ years' B2C sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Strong closing and objection handling skills
- KPI-driven and results-focused
- Organised with good CRM and pipeline management
- Ambitious with leadership potential
