You will be given a call the working day beforehand with an approximate two hour arrival window.

How can I pay?
We will email you an invoice once the work is complete. We prefer payment to be made via bank transfer, but alternatively you can send a cheque to our head office. If this is not possible we can take a card payment over the phone.

No, we do not accept cash. We will send you an invoice once the service has been completed and payment can be made by bank transfer, card of cheque.
When I make a payment, it says the account name doesn't match. Why is that?
You can try to write our account name without apostrophe.
Will I have a guarantee?
This is dependant on the work carried out but most of our repair work carries a 1 year workmanship guarantee.
Do you repair conservatory gutters?
Unfortunately not as this is specialist work. However, we can clear conservatory gutters.
Will I need scaffolding for this type or work?
For general gutter clearing and gutter repairs, no, scaffolding shouldn't be required - as long as there is safe access. Scaffolding may be required for more extensive work, but our technician will advise on this. Our ladders can safely reach up to 4 storey height.
Do I need planning permission to change my guttering or roof?
In most cases, standard repairs or replacements don’t require planning permission. However, if your property is in a conservation area or is listed, restrictions may apply. We recommend contacting your local authority to confirm.
